     Inventory & Check in

This report remains essential to both the landlord and tenant. It is of paramount importance, that an inspection is conducted at the start of a new tenancy and a detailed and cohesive report generated. All areas and rooms, the fixtures and furniture items are descriptively logged, with the condition noted. Extensive photos will be taken. Meter readings will be taken with smoke and carbon alarms tested. We can also install a carbon alarm, should we have advance notice. A small fee would apply to this service



            Check out

This report will be be generated, at the end of the tenancy - comparitive to the original inventory with any descriptive changes or any dilapidation noted, that may have occurred through the term. Responsibility and actions will be levied where applicable.

Photos will be taken, with meter readings also taken - if easily accessible. 

Tenants are not required to be present, providing access is possible, or keys can be collected and returned, as per instruction

This report is an overview of the property and general condition. Sometimes a landlord may decide they would not like to have a full inventory.
